Reliable and hardworking movers! The team of 3 guys: Valery, Ivan, and Vlad were fantastic. They arrived on-time during the 9am-10am arrival time slot, and worked diligently. They were friendly and made sure we had clear and good communication throughout the move. Our apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator, so when they had to take a quick rest (very reasonable), they were upfront and communicated that. Great experience with these movers!
Setting up the move with customer service was straightforward and easy. I talked to Jon over email and the phone, and he was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I gave him some additional info and a map on where the movers should park the truck, but that wasn’t shared with them. That wasn’t a problem though, since Valery called me when they arrived, and I walked them to where the truck should go.
Overall, great experience. Hard working and diligent guys who did a great job! Thank you!
